Well we finally became full time RV'ers as of June 01, 2012. Sold our house in Regina, Sask. Canada and moved into our motorhome.

We stayed for a couple of months at our cousin's beautiful cabin where he even hooked up 30 amp service so that we could use our main air conditioner. His cabin is really beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Here is a sunset picture taken from his deck. The lake is called Long Lake and is one of Saskatchewan's longest lakes.

From there we traveled to Calgary, Alberta. The picture below is of Centre Street Bridge taken at night.

We then went to Radium Hotsprings in B.C. for two weeks. This is a picture we had taken on the side of the highway as we were heading to Radium.

Then it was back to Calgary stopping at Banff National Park where we stayed for two weeks as well.

In Calgary, our daughter Angela had her 3rd child, Maelle who was born on Sept. 23, 2012. I am holding her in this pic taken a few weeks after she was born.

It is awesome to be able to be here to visit with our daughter Angela, her spouse Mark, and her 3 children, Savahnna, Hudson, and newest addition Maelle. Also our youngest daughter Amanda lives here in Calgary. We have been missing them all so much and so it's great to be here in Calgary. We also have a son Jamey, his wife Kara, and two more grandchildren Karsyn and Taya who live in Milestone, Sask. It will be so good to be able to go back and forth and visit all our kids now that we are finally full time RV'ing.
We have decided that we will stay winter camping in Cochrane, Alberta till after Christmas and head to Arizona in the beginning of Jan, 2013. We are totally suprised that there are over 50 full time winter RV'ers staying in our campground here. The campground is called BowRiver RV Campground and is very beautiful with a view of the mountains plus a fenced dog run with a gorgeous river that runs thru as well.

There is also a really nice facility that we can use as well if we like.

Our grandson Hudson really enjoyed the playground area as well.

I promise we shall post some winter pics of our motorhome in our site in winter, but we have to drive approx 9 kms every two to three weeks to get propane, and they use a lot of gravel on roads so our poor motorhome is looking pretty dirty. Too cold to wash it here and there is no truckwash in Cochrane so we have to take it to Calgary. One nice thing is that we don't have to worry about running a heat wrapped hose to our unit to fill with water. They come and fill our water tank for us 3x a week, and will come more if needed. We have a 110 gal water tank so we really don't need to fill that much, but they keep it topped up for us. Winter camping has sure been an adventure so far and looking forward to much more time here.
